DIY IMMIGRATION

Our DIY (Do It Yourself) Immigration Service is only limited to assisting individuals with a specific immigration query that they are struggling with and not the application as a whole. With this service, our Immigration Solicitors and Barristers are at hand in providing advice and guidance on specific queries on the complex immigration law and rules.

Immigration Document Checking Service

Our Immigration Solicitors and Barristers can check an Immigration Visa application that you have already prepared but are unsure whether your Immigration Visa application has been prepared properly or whether it will be successful. Our Immigration Team will review your entire application and provide advice and guidance to you as to the steps you will need to take to ensure your application will be successful.

Written Immigration Advice

If your case is complex and has been previously handled by a number of solicitors and barristers, you can instruct one of our Immigration Solicitors and Barristers to provide you with a written immigration advice on your case before you choose to instruct us fully to represent your case. This will allow you the opportunity to decide after receiving our written immigration advice, whether you wish to retain your current immigration solicitors and barristers or you would like to transfer your case to our Immigration Solicitors and Barristers.

Ongoing Immigration Support

Our Immigration Team is at hand to provide you with ongoing immigration support, which can include accompanying you at an in-person immigration appointment service, providing you with ongoing immigration advice after you have submitted your Immigration Visa application until you receive a successful decision and providing you with immigration advice and support after your successful Immigration Visa application on your next steps to achieve settlement and British citizenship in the UK.
